Which Google Analytics version does Metrify support?
Metrify is built for GA4 (Google Analytics 4) — the current standard. If you are still on Universal Analytics, you will need to migrate to GA4 first. Google ended Universal Analytics data collection in July 2023.
How many client GA4 properties can I connect?
It depends on your plan. The Starter plan supports up to 3 properties, the Agency plan supports up to 20, and the Scale plan has no limit. You can upgrade at any time as your client roster grows.
Do my clients need to give me their Google login credentials?
No. Metrify uses Google's OAuth flow — your clients grant read access to their GA4 property from within their own Google account. No passwords are ever shared.
Can I white-label the reports with my agency's branding?
Yes, on the Agency and Scale plans. You can add your agency logo, colour scheme, and contact details to all client-facing PDF reports. The Scale plan includes a fully white-labelled dashboard.
Is billing in Indian rupees? Are there annual plans?
All plans are billed in INR. GST is charged additionally as applicable. Annual billing is available at a 20% discount — write to us at hello@metrify.in to set it up.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is yours. You can export all your dashboards and historical data before cancelling. After cancellation, your account and data are retained for 30 days before deletion.
